I grew up in the DC area and spent my summers visiting family in the Holy City. My Dad always said, if you ever leave Charleston, you’ll spend your whole life trying to get back here. Truer words have never been spoken! When my time came, I headed to the College of Charleston and have called the lowcountry home for 35 years.

Here's what you can count on: I'll tell you the truth. If a house is overpriced, you'll hear it from me. If the kitchen is perfect but the flood zone isn't, you'll hear that too. When it's time to negotiate, I'm the one you want across the table: friendly, prepared, and not easily rattled. And somewhere along the way, we'll laugh a lot. My clients say it feels less like a transaction and more like house hunting with a friend who happens to know every street in town.

Off the clock, I'm usually digging my toes in the sand, chasing down a pickleball or holding my own at the mahjong table. I volunteer around town whenever I can, because this community has given me so much. I've been married for 30 wonderful years, raised two kids who are now grown and off conquering the world, and share my home with Batman, a miniature schnauzer who takes his superhero name very seriously and guards the front window like Gotham depends on it.
