Find Your Corner of the Lowcountry

Every corner of Charleston has its own personality, and I've spent years getting to know them all. Here's a quick tour of the places I help people call home. Don't see your spot? Just ask. I cover the whole metro.

  • Downtown Charleston: Cobblestone streets, historic homes and more great restaurants than you could try in a year. If you want to walk to dinner and hear church bells on Sunday morning, this is your spot.

  • Mount Pleasant: Sunsets and shrimp boats on Shem Creek, the Ravenel Bridge into town, and Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms just down the road.

  • West Ashley: Charleston's original suburb, right across the Ashley River from downtown. Established neighborhoods, big oaks and plenty of local favorites.

  • James Island: Laid-back island living, minutes from both downtown and Folly Beach. Marsh views, creeks and a real neighborhood feel.

  • Johns Island: More land, more trees and more breathing room, plus the famous Angel Oak. A great fit if you want space without going too far.

  • Daniel Island: Parks, trails, waterfront paths and a walkable town center, all tucked between two rivers.

  • North Charleston: Park Circle's restaurants and breweries, easy access to the airport and I-26, and one of the most interesting areas to watch right now.

  • Summerville: The "Flower Town in the Pines," with azaleas every spring, a charming historic downtown and a claim to being the birthplace of sweet tea.

  • Folly Beach: The "Edge of America." Surfing, sunsets and a funky, come-as-you-are beach town.

  • Isle of Palms: Wide beaches, a marina and true island living close to the city. Bring the boat.

  • Sullivan's Island: Small, quiet and full of history, with a beach that feels like a well-kept secret.

  • Edisto Beach: Old-school beach living about an hour south. No high-rises, no rush, just the way it's always been.

Not sure which area fits you best? That's my favorite question. Let's figure it out together.
